Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development
- Help maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Assist in HR data collection and reporting for strategic decision-making
- Support industrial relations activities including policy research and employee grievance handling
- Collaborate on HR projects including performance management and training programs
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in Human Capital Management or Industrial Relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous internship or coursework in HR is advantageous
- Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations is preferred
