Tanggung Jawab
- Support the design and implementation of learning and development programs
- Assist in conducting training needs assessments for employees
- Conduct research on emerging HR trends and best practices
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops
- Assist in developing training materials and resources
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Participate in recruitment processes and onboarding programs
- Maintain and update HR documentation and records
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, Psychology, or related field
- Passion for learning and development with a keen interest in HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus
