Are you a detail-oriented student looking to kickstart your career in IT Service Management? Experian is seeking a IT Service Quality Intern to join our dynamic Digital Workplace Enablement team in Cyberjaya. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of service delivery and enhancing the overall employee experience. We are looking for someone passionate about technology and customer service to help us streamline processes and drive service excellence.

As an Intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals to monitor service performance, analyze user feedback, and implement improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global leader in credit reporting and data analytics, specifically within the IT infrastructure and service support sector. You will be exposed to real-world challenges and will have the chance to contribute directly to the efficiency of our digital workplace ecosystem.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing IT service performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Support the Digital Workplace Enablement team in identifying areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits of service documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service tickets and address user inquiries promptly.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of user training sessions regarding IT tools and services.
  • Track and report on customer satisfaction scores and feedback trends to drive service enhancements.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
