Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and research relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers aligned with brand values
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with KOL partners through consistent communication
- Assist in planning and executing KOL marketing campaigns across social media platforms
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare comprehensive impact reports
- Support content creation for KOL collaborations including scripts, briefs, and promotional materials
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between marketing, creative, and PR teams
- Analyze social media trends to identify emerging KOL opportunities and partnership strategies
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration program (Semester 5-7)
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and Indonesian influencer landscape
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data
- Creative thinking with ability to generate innovative partnership concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital analytics tools
- Previous internship or project experience in marketing/communications preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments
