Are you a social media enthusiast with a passion for influencer marketing? Rama Putra is looking for a dynamic and creative Internship KOL Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Jakarta Selatan. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital marketing, where you will help bridge the gap between our brand and the most influential voices in the industry.

As our KOL Specialist Intern, you will be deeply involved in the end-to-end influencer marketing lifecycle. From scouting rising talent to managing campaign communications and analyzing performance metrics, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand's voice. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and trend-aware to ensure our campaigns hit the mark every time.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and reach out to potential KOLs, influencers, and content creators across various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Manage daily communication with influencers to ensure clear alignment on campaign briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are received on time and adhere to quality standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze engagement metrics to optimize future outreach strategies.
  • Develop detailed reporting and insights on campaign outcomes to share with the marketing management team.
  • Assist in negotiating collaboration terms and verifying influencer authentic engagement rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, viral challenges, and platform algorithm changes to provide innovative content ideas.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media landscapes and influencer marketing dynamics in Indonesia.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for reporting and documentation.
  • A creative thinker who is comfortable identifying talent that aligns with brand identity.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a career in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
