Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily bookkeeping entries and bank reconciliations.
- Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and variance analysis.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Participate in month‑end close activities, including journal entries and accruals.
- Maintain accurate logs of receipts, expenses, and supporting documentation.
- Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis and research tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work part‑time (minimum 15–20 hours per week) in Urdaneta City.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional finance environment.
