- Assist in daily logistics operations including shipment documentation, coordination, and tracking
- Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, employee data management, and onboarding processes
- Perform accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense reporting, and basic bookkeeping support
- Contribute to supply chain activities including inventory management, vendor coordination, and demand planning
- Prepare departmental reports and maintain accurate documentation for all assigned tasks
- Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize operational efficiency
- Adhere to company policies and industry compliance standards in all activities
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, HR, Accounting, or related field
- Strong academic standing with minimum CGPA of 2.5/4.0 or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate in teams
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving approach with willingness to learn new systems
- Basic knowledge of ERP or logistics software is advantageous
- Malaysian citizenship or valid work authorization
