Tanggung Jawab
- Assist department heads in daily operational tasks and administrative workflows.
- Conduct industry research and data analysis to support departmental strategic initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project-based assignments.
- Maintain database accuracy and support process improvement efforts.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to ongoing projects.
- Support the team in managing client communications and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A minimum internship duration of 3 months (preference given to those available for 6 months).
