Are you a detail-oriented individual looking to kickstart your career in supply chain and procurement? Corvus Techub Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Assistant Intern to join our dynamic team in Alor Gajah, Melaka.
In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our procurement operations. You will assist the team in sourcing materials, managing vendor communications, and ensuring our inventory levels are accurate. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment and learn the ins and outs of purchasing and administration.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the purchasing team in sourcing and procuring goods and services efficiently.
- Maintain and update purchase orders (POs) and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve inquiries and expedite orders.
- Process and verify invoices and receipts for payment approval.
- Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct basic market research to identify new suppliers or better pricing options.
- Support daily administrative activities for the procurement department.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
