Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior quantity surveyors with cost estimation and budget preparation for construction projects
- Review and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Prepare monthly valuations and payment certificates for contractors
- Monitor and track project costs against the budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration
- Participate in site visits to understand construction progress and identify potential issues
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation and communications
- Learn and apply industry-standard software for quantity surveying and cost management
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong academic performance with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and quantity surveying principles
- Familiarity with construction contracts and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
