Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior negotiators in conducting property viewings and client consultations.
- Create and manage engaging social media content to boost property listings and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and keep up-to-date with property trends in the Mont Kiara and Klang Valley areas.
- Support the execution of branding and promotional campaigns for new project launches.
- Coordinate with administrative teams to ensure documentation and listing databases are accurate.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective buyers and tenants through digital and physical channels.
- Attend networking events and workshops to develop industry expertise.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) is highly advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of the Malaysian property market or a strong willingness to learn.
