Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular scheduled visits and check-ins.
- Proactively conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction with existing services.
- Gather and document client feedback to support continuous improvement of service quality.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to address and resolve client inquiries or technical issues efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of regular client performance reports and meeting presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
- Identify opportunities for service optimization based on direct customer interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of professional integrity, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
- Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies, and proactive in solving problems.
