Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, and initial candidate communications
- Support interview coordination, scheduling, and preparation of interview materials
- Manage and maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
- Perform administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires and temporary staff
- Support HR initiatives and special projects as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient talent acquisition workflows
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for administrative functions
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
- Proactive learning attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
