We seek a skilled Interpreter to facilitate seamless Japanese-Indonesian communication across all operational levels. Your expertise will enable precise interpretation during critical meetings, production briefings, and daily interactions, ensuring alignment between our Japanese and Indonesian teams. This role demands exceptional fluency in both languages, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to accurately convey technical terminology in a fast-paced industrial setting. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide real-time interpretation for meetings, training sessions, and operational discussions between Japanese and Indonesian stakeholders
- Facilitate daily communication between Japanese management and Indonesian production teams
- Interpret technical manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and equipment instructions
- Assist in translating written documents including reports, emails, and training materials
- Act as a cultural liaison to bridge communication gaps and foster mutual understanding
- Prepare terminology glossaries for manufacturing-specific contexts
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and Indonesian with exceptional written and verbal skills
- Minimum 2 years professional interpretation experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial settings
- Strong understanding of technical terminology related to production processes and equipment
- Ability to maintain accuracy and neutrality in high-pressure situations
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in cross-cultural environments
- Professional certification in interpretation or translation is highly desirable
- Proficient in using interpretation technology and digital tools
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or related field
