In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our inventory data is accurate, accessible, and optimized to meet consumer demand.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and update inventory records daily to ensure 100% data accuracy within the system.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure stock levels remain within optimal thresholds.
- Process incoming shipments, verify delivery notes, and ensure all items are correctly categorized in the warehouse.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports for management to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to prevent loss and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve stock-related issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in inventory management or warehouse administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
