In this role, you will play a critical part in safeguarding our inventory assets and ensuring the financial integrity of our warehouse operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and providing actionable insights to management. You will work closely with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and finance departments to maintain precise inventory records. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute scheduled physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and surprise audits across all warehouse locations and depots.
- Reconcile inventory variances and perform root-cause analysis to identify discrepancies between the ERP system and actual stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate comprehensive weekly/monthly audit reports for the finance department.
- Monitor and evaluate stock movement, identifying slow-moving items or potential obsolescence.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure proper tagging, categorization, and storage standards are followed.
- Assist in the review and improvement of inventory control policies to reduce shrinkage and loss.
- Prepare documentation for external auditors regarding inventory valuation and existence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in inventory accounting, auditing, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong mathematical aptitude.
- Ability to travel to various depots and warehouse sites as required for auditing purposes.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting audit findings to internal stakeholders.
