Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure data accuracy
- Analyze inventory costs and calculate valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO, weighted average)
- Prepare monthly inventory reconciliations and variance reports
- Support period-end closing activities including journal entries and accruals
- Collaborate with procurement and production departments on inventory optimization
- Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and documentation
- Assist in annual physical inventory counts and discrepancy investigations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of inventory/cost accounting experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and inventory accounting principles
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector preferred
