Join Haven Foods as our Inventory and Operation Manager and lead the backbone of our supply chain excellence. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of inventory control, logistics coordination, and daily operational efficiency to ensure seamless product flow from warehouse to distribution. You'll optimize inventory levels, implement lean management principles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize waste while maximizing service levels. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily inventory control activities including stock counts, reconciliation, and cycle counting
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes
- Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce carrying costs
- Coordinate transportation and logistics to ensure timely product delivery
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage relationships with suppliers and 3PL partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in inventory management or operations
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Certifications in Supply Chain (CSCP, CPIM) or Operations preferred
- Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and compliance standards
