Colorlink is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory and Stock Analyst to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily inventory levels and initiate purchase orders to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies between physical and system records.
- Analyze inventory data to forecast future demand and optimize stock turnover.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system and generate comprehensive monthly reports.
- Identify slow-moving inventory and develop strategies for clearance or re-stocking.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, stock analysis, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
