Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Optimize inventory turnover ratios to prevent stockouts/overstock
- Analyze consumption patterns and forecast future inventory needs
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for efficient stock movements
- Implement inventory control procedures and safety stock policies
- Generate inventory performance reports for management review
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or stock control
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies (FIFO, LIFO, JIT)
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Familiarity with manufacturing inventory systems
