Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for branch assets including vehicles, equipment, and materials
- Prepare comprehensive monthly inventory management reports with variance analysis
- Oversee entire inventory lifecycle: receiving, sales, transfers, and disposal of units
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce carrying costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Train staff on inventory procedures and software utilization
- Collaborate with finance department for asset valuation and depreciation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or asset management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
