As an Inventory Audit Staff, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audit activities across our facilities. You will analyze existing workflows, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable recommendations to management to optimize stock levels and minimize loss. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine and ad-hoc physical inventory counts to ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and prepare detailed audit reports for management.
- Evaluate existing internal controls to identify gaps in inventory tracking and storage processes.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve warehouse efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving or obsolete items to optimize space utilization.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end inventory reports and reconciliation tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory audit, warehouse accounting, or general auditing roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with ERP/Inventory Management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical/mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Understanding of supply chain management principles and standard inventory valuation methods.
