Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic audits of inventory records and physical stock counts
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify discrepancies and root causes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and process improvements
- Monitor inventory valuation methods and accounting practices
- Develop and maintain internal controls for inventory management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory auditing or internal audit
- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
