Are you an organized professional with a sharp eye for detail? CKS Retail Sdn. Bhd. is currently seeking a diligent and motivated Inventory Clerk to join our growing retail team in Kota Kinabalu. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our inventory levels are precisely maintained and our stock movement is tracked with total accuracy.
As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a crucial part in our daily retail operations, bridging the gap between warehouse management and storefront availability. We are looking for an individual who is tech-savvy, process-oriented, and capable of generating insightful reports that help our leadership make informed stocking decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily stock movement and update inventory records in the system accurately.
- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies against digital records.
- Coordinate with procurement and floor staff to ensure timely replenishment of popular items.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports for management review on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Inspect incoming deliveries for quality and quantity verification against purchase orders.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse/storage environment for optimal accessibility.
- Identify slow-moving stock and assist in implementing effective inventory clearance strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar administrative capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- Familiarity with Retail Management Systems or Point of Sale (POS) software is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
