Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for all materials, including tracking inbound/outbound transactions
- Implement and optimize inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align inventory operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Utilize inventory management software for reporting and process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data interpretation abilities
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) as primary working language
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies (FIFO, LIFO, JIT)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving skills with experience in inventory discrepancy resolution
