This critical role ensures seamless synchronization between physical inventory and digital systems, maintaining optimal stock levels while minimizing discrepancies. You'll lead daily inventory operations, implement robust control protocols, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile physical inventory counts with system data to ensure 99.5%+ accuracy
- Lead a team of inventory specialists in daily stock management and cycle counting activities
- Implement and optimize inventory control procedures including FIFO/FEFO methodologies
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports for management review and decision-making
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams on inventory optimization
- Train staff on inventory management systems and best practices
- Ensure compliance with ISO and company inventory control standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or warehousing
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Advanced analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory valuation methods and accounting principles
- Experience implementing inventory reduction strategies
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
