Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily inventory levels to ensure stock availability for distribution.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records to minimize discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory databases and logistics records.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and storage of goods.
- Identify and report inventory shortages or damages immediately to management.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is organized, clean, and safe for all staff.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles and ERP systems.
