As a key member of our logistics and manufacturing division, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.
In this role, you will be the local subject matter expert on our SAP system, driving data integrity and providing actionable insights that directly impact our operational efficiency. You will manage end-to-end inventory processes, maintain optimal stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure seamless warehouse operations. Your ability to analyze data and provide accurate reports will be critical for management decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory master data within the SAP system (MM/WM modules).
- Monitor stock movements, perform regular cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to optimize stock levels and meet demand.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports (e.g., aging stock, slow-movers, stock coverage) for management review.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for inventory control processes.
- Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and collaborate with the IT team for system enhancements.
- Support month-end closing activities related to inventory valuation and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain.
- Strong proficiency in SAP system (MM/WM module) is a mandatory requirement.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the retail or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Pontianak, West Kalimantan.
