Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Optimize inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
- Analyze inventory trends to identify discrepancies, shrinkage risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement inventory control policies aligned with industry best practices
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports for stakeholder reviews and strategic planning
- Lead physical inventory audits and implement corrective actions for variances
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with inventory reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with FIFO/LIFO inventory valuation methods
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
