Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure physical counts match system records
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Implement inventory control procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales departments to optimize inventory turnover
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare regular inventory reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management
- Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is highly preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies and best practices
