Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control inventory status, ensuring accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Analyze inventory data and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments to align stock levels with demand forecasts.
- Implement and maintain inventory control policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory checks to ensure data integrity.
- Utilize ERP systems to input data, generate reports, and track inventory movements in real-time.
- Report inventory variances and suggest corrective actions to management to minimize losses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (Verbal and Written) – essential for communicating with international stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
