Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and update inventory levels using our internal management system to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between system records and actual physical inventory.
- Supervise the receiving and dispatching of goods, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards.
- Analyze inventory trends to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, contributing to efficient warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to streamline order fulfillment and delivery timelines.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for frozen goods, adhering to strict food safety and handling regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly inventory reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Inventory Management Systems (IMS).
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and cold storage protocols is a significant advantage.
