PT Sinamon Group Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Inventory & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Denpasar, Bali. As an essential member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring stock accuracy, and supporting overall company operations.
In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining efficient inventory control systems, preventing stock discrepancies, and optimizing warehouse operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly impact our supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 4,500,000 to Rp 6,500,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our expanding company.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory control systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and efficient storage systems
- Implement and improve inventory management procedures
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock trends
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Previous experience in inventory management or stock keeping (1-2 years)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move around the warehouse and lift moderate weights
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
