As an Inventory Planning Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the inventory of essential products and materials required for our various store operations and service delivery within the vibrant CALABARZON region. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end inventory planning, including demand forecasting, procurement requisitions, and optimal stock level management for various products and materials.
- Monitor inventory performance metrics, analyze discrepancies, and implement timely corrective actions to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, warehousing, and retail store operations teams to ensure timely availability of inventory and resolve any supply chain challenges.
- Develop, maintain, and present comprehensive inventory reports and dashboards, providing valuable insights into stock movement, inventory turns, and potential obsolescence risks.
- Implement and enforce robust inventory control procedures and best practices to minimize waste, shrinkage, and material obsolescence.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure data integrity between physical stock and system records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the inventory management lifecycle, driving continuous enhancement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory planning, supply chain management, or logistics, preferably within the retail or telecommunications industry.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, statistical forecasting techniques, and problem-solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) is essential.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and influence stakeholders.
- Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to the Cavite, Laguna, or Batangas area to support on-site operations.
