You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align our supply strategies with market demands, ensuring our products are always available for the consumers who rely on them.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the monthly S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align demand forecasts.
- Analyze historical sales trends, market dynamics, and promotional activities to develop high-accuracy statistical forecasts.
- Utilize advanced demand planning systems and tools to identify forecast gaps and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy (MAPE/bias metrics).
- Collaborate with Supply Planning partners to ensure optimal inventory levels, mitigating risks of stockouts and excess inventory.
- Lead scenario planning and risk assessment analyses for new product launches (NPI) and promotional campaigns.
- Identify, root-cause, and resolve demand planning challenges through data-driven problem-solving methodologies.
- Generate and present regular demand planning performance dashboards and reports to senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of demand planning experience, preferably within the FMCG or Consumer Goods industry.
- Proven expertise in statistical forecasting models and standard demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, APO, or Kinaxis).
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Professional certification in supply chain (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is highly advantageous.
