CEVA Logistics is a global leader in supply chain solutions, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Regional Logistics Project Management Specialist to support our strategic initiatives in the Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key liaison within the Project Management Office (PMO), specifically dedicated to the overarching NextGen program. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of logistics projects, coordinating between cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence across the region.
As the face of our project management efforts, you will oversee project timelines, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide critical reporting on progress and risks. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the modernization of our logistics network.
Tanggung Jawab
- Support the overall execution and coordination of the NextGen program within the Central Region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor project milestones, track deliverables, and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and regional leadership.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and IT, to resolve project blockers.
- Optimize logistics processes and documentation to support the transition to the NextGen framework.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale programs or initiatives (e.g., NextGen, digital transformation).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
