Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular stock takes and inventory counts to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Maintain and update inventory management system with real-time stock information
- Identify and report discrepancies between physical stock and recorded inventory
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales departments to optimize inventory levels
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for management review and decision-making
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent loss and minimize discrepancies
- Assist in periodic audits and ensure compliance with inventory management policies
- Collaborate with team members to resolve inventory-related issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates with accounting or business background
- Previous experience in inventory management or stock counting is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of accounting principles related to inventory
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
- Integrity and honesty when handling valuable inventory items
