As an Inventory Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating with the production and logistics teams, and ensuring that all inventory data is up-to-date. Your keen eye for detail will help us minimize discrepancies and optimize our supply chain processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile with data system records.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments and materials.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend appropriate actions.
- Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are organized, clean, and comply with safety standards.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and update stock movements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Staff, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to be stationed in Bali.
