We are looking for a dedicated and organized Inventory Staff to join the dynamic team at Kosmetika Cantik Indonesia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our inventory system by recording transactions, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring that goods are available to support seamless daily operations. Your attention to detail will be essential in preventing stock discrepancies and supporting the overall logistics efficiency of the company.
As part of our operations team, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between warehouse management and data accuracy. We are seeking a professional who can ensure that our inventory records are up-to-date, reliable, and aligned with the needs of the business.
Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately record daily inventory transactions and update stock records in the system.
- Monitor stock levels continuously to ensure goods are available for operations and sales.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical counts with system records.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas for efficient stock retrieval.
- Assist in identifying and reporting inventory shortages or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good physical stamina for warehouse duties and manual handling of goods.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is a plus.
