Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end investment controlling process, from project appraisal to post-investment reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Country and Cluster Management to provide financial oversight for key operational projects.
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts and budget reports for internal EAP Operations Control.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify financial risks and performance gaps in investment execution.
- Ensure compliance with group financial reporting standards and internal control policies.
- Support strategic decision-making through comprehensive data modeling and business scenario analysis.
- Monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) tracking to ensure alignment with approved project budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CFA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investment controlling, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or project accounting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data modeling.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear, executive-level insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail in financial reporting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage for regional operations.
