Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Manage invoice lifecycle from receipt to payment, ensuring timely settlements
- Resolve invoice discrepancies through effective communication with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain organized digital records of all transactions using accounting systems
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve payment issues
- Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor statements
- Generate regular reports on invoice processing metrics and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in invoice processing and accounts payable
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
