Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery receipts to resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile invoice data with accounting systems and maintain organized documentation
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment inquiries
- Ensure timely submission of invoices for approval and processing
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all processed invoices in accounting software
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or invoice processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
