Tanggung Jawab
- Managing and processing outgoing invoices accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Verifying financial data and ensuring all billing information is consistent with supporting documents.
- Communicating effectively with clients and internal departments to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Maintaining organized digital and physical records of all invoicing transactions.
- Monitoring invoice aging reports and assisting in the follow-up process for overdue payments.
- Assisting in monthly financial closing activities and administrative reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with company financial procedures and tax regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Invoice Staff, Billing Clerk, or in a similar administrative accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- High attention to detail with an analytical mindset and excellent accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan.
