This includes managing system allocations, generating precise picklists for logistics, and creating comprehensive billing documents. Furthermore, you will handle returns processing transmittal with a focus on speed and accuracy.   • Manage system allocations and ensure data accuracy in the billing system.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
