Tanggung Jawab
- Process and issue customer invoices accurately and within deadlines
- Verify invoice details against purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Manage accounts receivable ledger and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare monthly aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reconciliations
- Maintain organized digital and physical invoice records
- Support VAT/GST compliance documentation as required
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years in accounts receivable or invoicing role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and GST procedures
- Proven problem-solving skills for payment discrepancies
