Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and issue customer invoices accurately and within deadlines
  • Verify invoice details against purchase orders and delivery documentation
  • Manage accounts receivable ledger and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Prepare monthly aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve billing inquiries
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reconciliations
  • Maintain organized digital and physical invoice records
  • Support VAT/GST compliance documentation as required

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1-2 years in accounts receivable or invoicing role
