Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Verify data accuracy of orders, pricing, and shipping information before processing invoices.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical records of billing documentation.
  • Liaise with the sales and warehouse departments to resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and assist in following up on outstanding payments.
  • Prepare periodic sales and invoicing reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an invoicing, administrative, or accounting clerk role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive attitude.
