Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Invoicing Clerk to join our growing team in Calbayog City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all billing transactions, ensuring that our financial records are impeccable. We are looking for a candidate who not only excels in numbers but also possesses the interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service at the branch level. You will handle the end-to-end invoicing process, from generating invoices to resolving any discrepancies with clients, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to grow within a dynamic direct selling environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and verify customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure correct billing.
  • Reconcile daily sales transactions with bank deposits, cash receipts, and general ledger accounts.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date, and confidential customer account records and ledgers.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and resolve account discrepancies promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and generate monthly financial reports and summary statements for management review.
  • Collaborate with the sales and inventory team to ensure accurate order processing and documentation.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process and general accounting support duties.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience as an Invoicing Clerk or in a similar accounting support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in numerical data processing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and staff.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial terminology, and general ledger functions.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
