Tanggung Jawab
- Process dealer’s orders promptly and accurately through the BMS invoicing system.
- Manage cashier duties, including accurate cash handling, payment processing, and change making.
- Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize the daily basket size and revenue.
- Ensure all sales transactions are recorded correctly in the system with zero errors.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and invoicing details.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cash drawer and workspace.
- Reconcile daily sales reports and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve order fulfillment processes.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in invoicing, cashiering, or retail sales.
- Familiarity with business management systems (BMS) is a strong advantage.
- Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
