Tanggung Jawab
- Create and issue accurate invoices to clients within specified deadlines
- Maintain and organize all billing documentation and correspondence records
- Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies with clients/finance teams
- Monitor payment statuses and follow up on overdue accounts
- Coordinate with accounting departments for month-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and regulatory requirements
- Optimize invoicing workflows for efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in invoicing or billing operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
