Tanggung Jawab
- Define and drive the IoT product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MODENA’s connected appliance ecosystem.
- Translate business requirements and user insights into detailed product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to launch and post-market optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
- Analyze product performance data and user feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for feature enhancement.
- Maintain a competitive edge by conducting regular market research on emerging IoT trends and smart home technologies.
- Lead sprint planning, grooming, and review sessions to ensure the team is aligned with the overarching product goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically within IoT, software development, or consumer electronics.
- Proven track record of managing complex, connected, or cloud-integrated hardware/software products.
- Strong understanding of IoT architecture, including connectivity protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee), cloud infrastructure, and mobile app integration.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of proficiency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent documentation and presentation abilities.
